We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase, exclusively for items found to be defective upon receipt. In such cases, customers are eligible for a full refund or credit. To initiate a return, customers must record a video while opening the parcel, providing visual evidence of any defects.

We emphasize that returns will only be accepted for defective items, and no restocking fees or reverse shipping charges will be applied. However, please note that returns will not be processed for open bottles/boxes, damaged or altered products, or items with a short expiration date.
